To truly know where we want to go, we must first assess where we have been. Your optimal health is our primary goal. When coming into the office, we want to take the time to truly understand you and how we can help you. Your time is important to us, and we want to ensure your appointment is secured properly.

Step 1: There is a deposit required for your first appointment. This deposit goes toward the cost of your initial visit. Please utilize this secure payment method, and Jasmin will call you directly to get you on the schedule and take the next step toward bettering your health.

Step 2: Jasmin will help coordinate a time that works best for you. Your first appointment will take approximately 45 to 60 minutes.

Step 3: You will be all set and scheduled! The first appointment will consist of a consultation, chiropractic exam, full-spine Gonstead x-rays, Gonstead nerve scan, and Gonstead spinal check and adjustment.

Humans: Once your $80 deposit is received, it will be applied toward your first visit. The total first visit cost is $280. That includes x-rays, neurological scans, findings, and your first adjustment.

Small Animals: Appointments are $70. A commitment of five initial visits is required before Dr. Lee will see your animal. A 50% deposit of the five-visit package is due at the time of booking ($175), with the remaining balance due at the first visit ($175).

Large Animals: Appointments are $100. A commitment of five initial visits is required before Dr. Lee will see your animal. A 50% deposit of the five-visit package is due at the time of booking ($250), with the remaining balance due at the first visit ($250).
