Do you accept insurance?

While we don't directly accept insurance, we are considered out-of-network, and as a part of our service, we will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement of services provided.

What is the cost of the first appointment?

Humans: Once your $80 deposit is received, it will be applied toward your first visit. After that, Jasmin will contact you to schedule your initial appointment. The total first visit cost is $280. That includes x-rays, neurological scans, findings, and your first adjustment.

Small Animals: First appointment is $140, and appointments moving forward are $85. Once your $80 deposit is received, it will be applied toward your animal's first visit. After that, Jasmin will contact you to schedule the appointment.

Large Animals: First appointment is $190, and appointments moving forward are $135. Once your $135 deposit is received, it will be applied toward your animal's first visit. After that, Jasmin will contact you to schedule the appointment.

Do you see pregnant women?

Yes! Dr. Lee can see you at any point during your pregnancy - before, during, or after.

Do you see babies?

Yes! We believe chiropractic care is essential to them adjust smoothly to the outside world. Dr. Lee can see babies as soon as they're born!

Do you see animals?

Yes! Dr. Lee would love to take care of your animal(s). They need chiropractic care as much as humans do!

I don't have back pain...is chiropractic care still recommended?

Yes! At Revive Family Chiropractic, we focus on whole body wellness. Dr. Lee uses readings from a nervoscope to help determine interference in the spine that's colliding with your body functioning at its best. Getting adjusted affects everything from mental health to gut health and beyond.
